I’ve added a new page to this website. It is called “Free Horse Racing Picks” and you can reach it by clicking the link located on the red toolbar at the top of the page. I’m going to try and add some picks every couple of days. I’ll try to limit it to things I have a particularly strong opinion on.
New visitors should check out some of the pages that have been around for a while. The “Wagering Guide” page has links to pages that will teach you how to bet an exacta, trifecta, superfecta, and daily double. It also has a link to a page that gives some general handicapping tips. You can also check out my “Beginners Guide” page by hovering your mouse over the “Wagering Guide” tab and scrolling down. That page has general tips for people new to horse betting and horse racing in general.
My “Racebook Reviews” page is a work in progress. It is also located on the red toolbar at the top of the page. I’ve currently got reviews for Sportsbook.com and Bookmaker, but I’m working on adding several more. Both of those books are good places for any horse player to make wagers.
The Poll on the sidebar of the website is a relatively new feature, but has been a big hit so far. My current question is “Who Will win the Grade 1 Travers?”. At this point in time Rachel Alexandra is leading with 42% of the votes. Quality Road is in second with 36% of the votes. I voted for Quality Road and I am anxiously awaiting the race. However, I’ll save that discussion for another post.
