Passeporta (12-1): Figures to move up in her second race of the form cycle after a sluggish start in her last race. Today’s distance suits her well and she gets several pounds on her rivals.
Race 3
Cozy App (15-1): I almost never play horses in their first race out of a maiden win, but this one is worth a look. He popped a nice figure last out and looks to be a perfect fit for jockey Edgar Prado. Expect a perfect trip right behind the speed.
Race 5
Ol Donyo (8-1): Sharp works for a decent first out trainer.
Race 8
Miss Valentine (8-1): Clement shows no loss of faith by spotting this four-year-old back in stakes company. She figures to get a smart trip behind the speed under Julien Leparoux and a number near her career best would put her in the winner’s circle. Doing that is well within reach.
Race 10
See Me Proud (15-1): Moves to dirt for only the second time and it’s tough to say if he likes the stuff or not. His only try was debuting around two turns as a juvenile and he had a poor trip against a tough group. The pedigree is solid and trainer Patrick Quick has 2 wins from 10 starts first off the claim. Worth a try at a nice number.
